Most tradesmen add 5-10% to their quote, so the referral fee is mostly or fully absorbed. Applications are reviewed before activation.

Our referral fee is 10% of the job total, or 5% on the Exclusive plan. Most tradesmen add an extra 5-10% to their quote, which swallows most or all of the fee. You still win the job, and the lead effectively pays for itself.

How are leads qualified?
Before a lead reaches you, we confirm the job details, location and timeline with the customer, so you only hear about real jobs from people ready to hire.
What counts as the job total?
The final agreed price of the job, including labour and materials. The fee is 10% of that total, or 5% on the Exclusive plan.
When is the fee due?
Only after you win the job and agree the price with the customer. If you quote and don’t win, you pay nothing.
What’s the difference between shared and exclusive leads?
Shared leads go to a small group of local tradesmen on a first come first serve basis, with no monthly fee. Exclusive leads come from your own sponsored page and are sent only to you, for £99 a month plus a reduced 5% fee.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on either plan. Exclusive is a monthly subscription you can cancel any time.
