How qualification and fees work.
How are leads qualified?
Before a lead reaches you, we confirm the job details, location and timeline with the customer, and nurture the enquiry until it's a genuine, ready-to-hire job. You can also set your own qualification criteria — tell us what a good job looks like and we'll only send jobs that fit.
Do I pay for leads from my Growth Package sites?
No. If you're on a Growth Package, enquiries from your job-specific lead gen sites go straight to you — included in your plan, no fees, no commission. Lead Gen is a different service: we qualify and nurture every enquiry ourselves and only send fully qualified jobs, for 5% of the won job value with an agreed max cap.
What counts as the won job value?
The final agreed price of the job, including labour and materials. The fee is 5% of that total, up to the max cap we agree with you upfront.
Is the fee capped on big jobs?
Yes. We agree a maximum fee per lead before anything is sent to you. However large the job, the 5% never goes above that cap, so you can quote confidently on your biggest tickets without the fee eating into the win.
When is the fee due?
After you have won the job and been paid by the customer. If you quote and don’t win, you pay nothing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term contract and no monthly fee to cancel. If the leads stop working for you, just tell us and we’ll stop sending them.
