What counts as a qualified lead?
You tell us what counts as a good lead. We build the form around it so every lead includes the details you need before calling. At a minimum that means a real name, phone number, job request, and location. No spam, no duplicates.
What does it cost after the free leads?
We offer three models. Pay per lead: a fixed price per qualified lead, based on the job value. Hybrid: a £99/month retainer to keep your leads exclusive, plus 5% of the job price capped at £1,000 per lead. Rank and rent: a monthly fee based on site traffic and job value, reviewed every six months, with the site fully branded to your business. We agree the model before you commit.
Do you own the website?
Dab Labs owns and manages the domain, website, and tracking. You get exclusive access to qualified leads while you are active, responsive, and on an agreed plan. If you leave, the site stays with Dab Labs.
What if I do not respond to leads?
Leads are exclusive while you stay active and responsive. If your response rate drops, we reserve the right to reroute future leads to another tradesman in your area. We will always flag it with you first.
